This new integration makes it easier to add properties to your GuestView Guide account, empowers Guesty users to equip their rental properties with GuestView Guide more easily, and provides guests with an even more personalized experience.
What is GuestView Guide?
GuestView Guide is a wall-mounted, 21.5-inch LED touchscreen display designed to act as an interactive concierge for your short-term rental guests. GuestView Guide allows property managers to provide their guests with recommended activities and restaurants, information on how to use appliances and amenities, services for a more enjoyable stay, and much more. With GuestView Guide, you can expect to:

Existing GuestView Guide Customers
Guesty <> GuestView Guide customers who currently import reservations via iCal can now connect properties in their GuestView guide account to the corresponding properties in Guesty.
How Does it Work?
With the new Guesty direct connection, Guesty <> GuestView Guide users can:
- Add new properties to their GuestView Guide account by pulling information directly from Guesty, instead of adding each new property from scratch. API imported properties include the property address, property nickname, property photo, reservation dates, and guest names.
- Import multiple new properties from Guesty to GuestView Guide at one time, making new property setup within GuestView Guide quicker and easier.
- Deliver more personalized welcome messages to each guest including the guest’s name.
To connect via API you will need a Key that will link your Guesty account to GuestView Guide. You can obtain these keys in Guesty’s Integrations Marketplace.
