What is GuestView Guide?
GuestView Guide is a wall-mounted, 21.5-inch LED touchscreen display designed to act as a digital concierge for your short term rental guests. GuestView Guide allows property managers provide their guests with important property and local area information, communicate with guests during their stay, and advertise additional services. With GuestView Guide, you can expect to:

Existing GuestView Guide Customers
Streamline <> GuestView Guide customers who currently import reservations via ical can now connect properties in their GuestView guide account to the corresponding properties in Streamline.
How Does it Work?
With the new Streamline direct connection, Streamline <> GuestView Guide users can now:
- Add new properties to their GuestView Guide account by pulling information directly from Streamline, instead of adding each new property from scratch. API imported properties include the property address, property nickname, property photo, reservation dates and guest names.
- Import multiple new properties from Streamline to GuestView Guide at one time, making new property setup within GuestView Guide quicker and easier.
- Deliver more personalized welcome messages to each guest including the guests name.
