Starting June 15, 2022, new GuestView Guide subscriptions will increase $5.00, from $34.99/month to $39.99/month. We’re increasing our pricing so we can continue improving our service and developing new features, while we account for the rising cost of hardware components, shipping, and staffing.
I’m a current subscriber. When does my rate increase?
It depends on your subscription contract.
- If you have more than 3 months remaining on your 1-year contract, your subscription price will increase at the end of your contract.
- If you have 3 months or less remaining on your 1-year contract, your subscription price will increase on September 15, 2022.
- If you are currently on a monthly subscription, your subscription price will increase on September 15, 2022.
I want to add more subscriptions. Can I get the $34.99/month price?
Yes. You can secure the $34.99/month price for 12 months on new subscriptions, if you add them before June 15. Go to our order page or contact your Account Manager to order new subscriptions.
I’m not a customer. Can I subscribe before the price increases?
Yes, if you hurry! Book a demo today so we can answer any questions and help you lock in the $34.99/month rate for 12 months. You’ll need to subscribe before June 15.
Can I extend my current contract length or sign a new contract to retain the $34.99/month pricing?
Not for existing contracts. However, as a courtesy to customers who want to add new subscriptions, we’re honoring the $34.99/month price for 12 months on new subscriptions, if you add them before June 15. Starting on June 15, all new orders will be billed at the $39.99/month rate.
