GuestView Guide is integrated with TRACK PMS and able to pull property address, nickname, picture, reservations and guest name.

To use the API you will need both a Key and Secret that will link your TRACK account to GuestView Guide. You can obtain these keys by contacting your TRACK support representative.

To sync your TRACK reservations with an existing property in GuestView Guide:

  1. Within the GuestView Guide Dashboard navigate to the Property
  2. Click Reservations
  3. Click the Sync from… button and select Management Service
  4. Select Track as the company you wish to connect to
  5. Enter the API keys that you have obtained from Track

 

To add a new property using the TRACK API sync:

  1. Within the GuestView Guide Dashboard, navigate to the Properties page
  2. Click the button to + Add a Property
  3. Select “Track” as the company you wish to connect to
  4. Enter the API keys that you have obtained from Track
