LiveRez

GuestView Guide is integrated with LiveRez vacation rental software and able to pull property address, nickname, picture, reservations and guest name.

To sync your LiveRez and GuestView Guide accounts, follow these steps:

  1. From the LiveRez home page, hover over the Marketing tab and click on Integration Marketplace.
  2. From there, click on GuestView Guide.
  3. Click + Connect and then your unique API key will be emailed to you.

**Troubleshooting note: Don’t see the “Connect” option? Only LiveRez System Administrators and those with user access can connect in the Marketplace to share data. Reach out to your system admin if you need access.

Once you have requested the connection, you will receive an email from LiveRez with the API keys. Follow the steps below to enter the keys into the GuestView Guide Dashboard. These keys will also be sent to the GuestView Guide support team. If you do not receive an email with your API keys, or if you have any trouble getting connected with the instructions below, please connect with GuestView Guide support at support@guestviewguide.com and we can enter the keys for you.

To add a new property using the LiveRez API sync:

  1. Within the GuestView Guide Dashboard, navigate to the Properties page
  2. Click the button to + Add a Property
  3. Select LiveRez as the company you wish to connect to
  4. Enter the API keys that you have obtained from LiveRez

To sync your LiveRez reservations with an existing property in GuestView Guide:

  1. Within the GuestView Guide Dashboard navigate to the Property
  2. Click Reservations
  3. Click the Sync from… button and select Management Service
  4. Select “LiveRez” as the company you wish to connect to
  5. Enter the API keys that you have obtained from LiveRez

Note: You will only need to enter the API key one time.
