LMPM

GuestView Guide is integrated with LMPM vacation rental software and able to pull property address, nickname, picture, reservations and guest name.

To sync your LMPM and GuestView Guide accounts, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your LMPM account settings, and go to integrations screen.
  2. From there, find Sharp/NEC and switch on the integration.
  3. Find your company ID – you will need this to complete the connection with GuestView Guide

To add a new property using the LMPM API sync:

  1. Within the GuestView Guide Dashboard, navigate to the Properties page
  2. Click the button to + Add a Property
  3. Select LMPM as the company you wish to connect to
  4. Enter the company ID that you have obtained from LMPM

 

To sync your LMPM reservations with an existing property in GuestView Guide:

  1. Within the GuestView Guide Dashboard navigate to the Property
  2. Click Reservations
  3. Click the Sync from… button and select Management Service
  4. Select “LMPM” as the company you wish to connect to
  5. Enter the company ID that you have obtained from LMPM

Note: You will only need to enter the company ID one time.
