Installation

Installing Guestview Guide is very easy with the included accessories. Use the manual that is included in the box for easy and stable installation of GuestView Guide in the property.

Once the GuestView Guide display is installed in the property, you would want to pair the display with the appropriate property from the GuestView Guide dashboard. To do that, follow the steps below:

1. Turn ON the display by connecting it to power
2. Enter the Wi-fi and local timezone when prompted
3. Enter the Device Passcode. This can be found in GVG dashboard under Settings –> General Info –> Manage Passcode
4. Enter the Property ID, starting with C. This can be found in GVG dashboard under each property.
5. Confirm the property address and pair.
