Getting Started

Setting up GuestView Guide is simple and can be done through the management dashboard online. To get started, follow these 5 steps:

  1.  Log into manage.guestviewguide.com. If you do not have an account, click on Sign Up and create your account. Once you have created an account, you can add hosts and users.
  1. Add your properties to the dashboard. This can be done either manually or by connecting your PMS API (compatible with Escapia or Lodgix).
  1. Go to the Content section and add property information, including House Rules, Policy, Amenities, Recommendations, and more. You can apply this information to the different properties you added in Step 2.
  1. Go to the Messages section and create different messages for your guests. You can remind them about trash day, share your COVID-19 precautions, add a welcome message and more. Explore our Best Practices to see examples and for more setup details.
  1. Go to the Services section to add additional services. You can sell services to guests, such as late check-out, to earn additional revenue.Explore our Best Practices to learn more about the kinds of services you can offer and how to sell them on GuestView Guide.

Installation

Installing Guestview Guide is very easy with the included accessories. Use the manual that is included in the box for easy and stable installation of GuestView Guide in the property.
