Services

In this section, you will learn how to add and offer services to your guests from GuestView guide. We have provided a few templates to get you started such as late checkout, property rebooking, mid-stay cleaning, and custom service. Also, if Stripe (payment feature) is integrated with GuestView Guide, guests can easily pay for their services from GuestView guide and their mobile phone, reducing the need to call or stay on hold to purchase specific service. Thus, selling additional services can help you earn more with each guest stay.

To add services, follow below steps or watch the video below:

  1. Log into manage.guestviewguide.com
  2. Click on Service on left menu
  3. Click on ‘Add Service’
  4. Choose your desired template (ex. Late checkout. See Best practices for different examples of services that can be created)
  5. Fill in the details for that particular service.
  6. Apply that service to the properties that you would like it to be displayed
  7. Make sure on the last step, you have enabled the service to be used right away.
  8. Click Save.
