Messages

Messages are great way to personalise stay for the guests. Property managers can send messages to the display and increase guest interactions with the GuestView Guide display.  

There are different types of messages that can be created for different purposes:

  1. Sent Immediately
  2. Recurring messages – that can be scheduled weekly/ monthly/ check-in and check-out.

To create messages, follow the steps below or what the video:

  1. Log into manage.guestivewguide.com
  2. Click on Messages on the left menu 
  3. Click on ‘Create a Message’ 
  4. Fill in the details and choose an option between Send Immediately and scheduling for certain time depending on how you would like to setup. 
  5. Apply that message to the desired properties. 
  6. Click Save.
