In this section, you can add information about different amenities and appliances, especially the things you get the most calls about. 

Amenities and supplies can be added in different formats, including video, text, PDF, or step-by-step instructions. 

To upload a photo or video, you can use the Web app on your mobile phone. Here’s how:

1. Open a browser on the mobile phone and log into manage.guestviewguide.com. 
2. Select Content and Under Amenities & Supplies, click ‘Add Amenity’ 
3. Add details and under Media type, select video or photos and start adding videos or photos respectively from your mobile phone.

In this section, you can add items that will help reduce guest calls, providing them a clear view about how to use certain amenities or where to find additional supplies.
