Why is the business closing?

The business is closing due to our need to align with our parent company, Sharp NEC’s, broader vision for the future.

What will happen to my pending orders?

If you recently placed an order that is still being processed and you do not want to take possession of the device(s) as a result of the recent announcement, we’d be happy to cancel the order and refund payments.  However, if you would still like to move forward with the order, we will fulfill all existing orders as normal prior through the last order date of October 31st, 2023.

Can I return products that I recently purchased?

Yes, if you purchased the product in the last 30 days, you can return it for a full refund.  If it’s been more than 30 days since you purchased your GuestView Guide device(s), you can return in accordance with our return policy in our Ts&Cs which can be found here: GuestView Guide Ts&Cs.

Will you provide customer support during the transition?

Yes, our Customer Success team will be available to address your questions, concerns, or provide transition assistance up until our final day of operation, which is on October 31st 2024. Feel free to reach out at help@guestviewguide.com.

What happens to my customer data and privacy?

We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. Your information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, and it will not be shared or sold to third parties.

Can I still make purchases or place orders?

Yes, we will accept new orders through October 31, 2023.  However, I do want to make sure you are aware that we will be concluding the service for all devices on October 31st, 2024 (13 months from the announcement date).
