Remote Setup and Management - Available on any web browser, the GuestView Guide Dashboard lets you easily update all your property information and communicate with your guests from anywhere. Plus, you can preview what guests see to make sure everything is updated and ready to go.
Reservation Sync - Through its iCal link, GuestView Guide works with the top PMS products including: Streamline, LiveRez, Ciirus, Hostfully, Virtual Resort Manager, Barefoot, IQWare, and other PMS products that support iCal. It will pull in the dates of your guest stay and depending on your PMS, might pull in the guest name.



It also directly integrates with Escapia and Lodgix.

Additional Services - To offer additional services, just fill out this simple form in the management dashboard. We even give you templates for late checkout and mid-stay housekeeping. Guests will then be able to select offers and purchase them through the interactive screen.
Rebooking - Make it easy for guests to rebook, and offer incentives when they rebook early. Simply create your offer, and a rebooking banner will automatically appear on your guests’ home screen.
Video creation - Use your mobile device to easily record and upload videos of how to use various appliances and devices.
Analytics Tracking - Want to know how your guests are using GuestView Guide? Our analytics lets you see what information is most viewed, offers and information guests are sending to their phones, views and orders of additional services, and more.
