Property Details

In this section, you can create components that can be applied to multiple properties, so you don’t have to manually duplicate the information.

There are 3 categories:

  1. House Rules
  2. Policy
  3. WiFi

House Rules

Setting house rules is important for the property managers and the guests. This will help: 1) clearly convey your expectations, 2) prevent guests/tenants from abusing your property, and 3) if needed, legally allow you to  take action.

To add House rules, follow steps below: 

  1. Log into manage.guestviewguide.com
  2. Click on Content on left menu
  3. Under Property Details and House rules, there will be a default Component ‘ Default House Rules’. Add or tweak the rules. Default House rules are applied to all the property unless specified. 
  4. If you would like to create another component, click on ‘Add component’ and add the details and apply to desired properties.

Policy

Different properties have different policies and you would want to make your guests aware of that. 

To add policies, follow steps below: 

  1. Log into manage.guestviewguide.com
  2. Click on content on left menu
  3. Under Property details and Policy, you can add policy by clicking on ‘Add component’.
  4. Create as many policy components and you assign multiple policies to each property. 

Here are some examples of Policies that you can add:

WiFi

Every guest looks for wifi information once they enter the property. Every property could have a unique Wifi and can be set up through individual property or same Wifi type which can be setup by creating a component. 

There are 3 different options for network type to choose from: 

  1. Network name and password
  2. Network and instructions
  3. Connect via website
